After a massive oak tree fell on our home in Tampa, everything changed. I walked away from a successful corporate career in project management and leadership roles at IBM and FedEx — complete with an MBA — to finally chase my lifelong passion for making things with my hands.
Building a custom chessboard with my niece in the shop was a turning point. Watching her light up as our idea became a real, beautiful object showed me how deeply fulfilling it is to bring people’s custom desires to life.
You’ll often find our friendly shop mascot, Koji — a curious gray cat with a big personality — supervising the work or exploring the neighborhood. His adventurous spirit perfectly captures the joy and creativity we bring to every project.
Every piece is made with precision and intention. I turn your ideas (and sometimes fallen trees) into timeless treasures that will be cherished for generations.
We love working with wood, metal, and plastic — always learning, always improving
Rich hardwoods like black walnut, marine-grade finishes, and intricate inlays. Boat consoles, chessboards, framed maps, furniture, and more.
Cut, welded and engraved stainless steel, aluminum, brass and bronze.
Precision-cut acrylic, HDPE, and specialty composites. Clean, durable, and beautifully backlit creations.
Double-sided engraved brass coin.
This was made for the Buccaneers 3rd and 4th Grade Flag Football team. Complete with a bow on the pirate and individualized player names and numbers. Go Bucs! Rise Flag Football is getting very popular in Tampa, check them out.
Stainless engraved necklace polished, set in a stainless holder with an etched surface on a wenge stand.
A project I assisted my 9 year old niece with. It is a necklace concept she shared with the girls in her 4th grade class. She performed 90% of the work from design, cutting and polishing… lots of polishing. I only stepped in for a couple cuts… she’s not quite tall enough to reach the table saw :) Very proud of her.
This is a backlit laser-engraved map of the London Tube circa 1945 made with steel, backlit with 3000k LED lights and framed in cedar. Interesting to note that during this period the maps were printed with brown ink due to colors not being available due to the war effort. We have attempted to capture that in this design.
It was commissioned by Dog and Bone British Pub in Memphis, TN. If you're in town drop by and have a pint, tell them Chris sent you.
Teak table made from reclaimed teak, sealed with epoxy and finished with a clear UV paint.
This project was unique as we utilized teak reclaimed from some Restoration Hardware furniture that had failed. Evidently they had used stained pine and genuine teak in some of their outdoor furniture. The pine lasted a couple of years while the teak likely will give them a lifetime of service in its new role.
3D mask printed with PLA filament and painted using XYZ paint.
This was made for a local Highschool presenting a Wizard of Oz musical. I’m proud of this piece but the students' performance was unforgettable. A wonderful reminder of why I love creating for young performers.
Laser engraved brass coin.
This was commissioned by Boca PD Bomb Squad. I’ve learned, living up the road from SCOM, that challenge coins are popular within the military and first responders. Shared and collected amongst the community. I have tremendous respect for those in our society who choose professions that put them at risk for the betterment of our society. Very grateful for you all!
